It’s fun and original but it’s also practised at school,
it’s sports-acrobatics. But don’t pay attention to appearances :
it’s not dangerous, quite easy and everyone is able to go in for it.
Acrobatics is principally known as a discipline
only reserved for circus but in reality, this sport was invented very soon
in the Greece of Antiquity by acrobats and reappeared in
1844 in Sweden during popular holidays and spread
through Europe then in the rest of the world. And a few years later,
that sport was included to the Olympic games.
This amazing sport is a combination of rhythmic gymnastics
(for the moves) and synchronised swimming (for figures,
but unlike this sport, it is not allowed to be in water!!!).
It’s also, more or less the same as dance because you need
some step dancing to link acrobatic figures.
To practice this sport, you have to be four or five. Then, you must
Work net a little choreography which lasts three minutes.
You also have to introduce some figures : a significant number of duets
(all the acrobats have to take part to at least one duet), three trios and two quartets. This combination are performed by porters and acrobats.
It is as beautiful to watch as exciting to practice.
Furthermore, it helps you to become muscular as well . Besides, it trains you to be supple. Also, it is recommended to shy people because you need to talk with your team about what you are going to do constantly.
Last precision : people who have vertigo easily should keep away !!!!
