dear Romanian friends,
Thank
you so much for your help. I can’t go as far as say that my father had a fight
with the landlady but they definitely picked up a quarrel because she had
nothing to do in the room where the bell stood so late at night. My Chinese
teacher’s name is Mrs WANG. As for the evidence against my father, it is mere
nonesense. The police have found his fingerprints on the bell but I suppose he
is not the only person who has inadvertently or not touched the object. That’s
all I can say about that ! Some documents have disappeared from the archive
room and I daresay someone has broken into the room but the documents are of no
value, except for experts.
